Warranty Claim Submission

IMPORTANT:
November 13, 2023: If you submitted a warranty form but have not received a response, please submit again as all of the submissions were deleted.

Please fill out the form below so we can determine the fastest way to resolve your claim. Please be aware that you will need to arrange shipping in parts for repair, and we arrange shipping the parts back to you. In the event that you can't send in a part for repair and you wish to have a new part (shock absorber/ full assembly, generally) sent to you, there will be a core charge. That core charge will be refunded once you send the failed part back to us. We will include a USPS return label with the shipment of your new part. Some parts (such as a replacement camber plate bearing, broken knob assembly, etc.) do not need to be sent back.
